Anyone who is committed to reaching their goals and potential or helping others do the same needs 2 things. Roots and Wings. A powerful personality is about core values, integrity, and authenticity, not being in control or controlling others.
Our kids need to know they can go as far as they want to (Wings) but always stay connected to the virtues, integrity, and authenticity of their faith (Roots). When it is time for eagles to leave the nest the Mamma Eagle starts pushing them out (Wings) but is there to catch (Roots) them before they hit the ground until they can fly. Deuteronomy 32:11
