Strong people don’t put others down==they lift them up. Be strong, Be courageous. Understand that the world says for you to step over the little guy. God says take the little guy with you. Connect with each other and cheer each other on. Do not use your position as a weapon against the one in the room that threatens you. Use your position to raise everyone in the room so that you can go to the mountain top together.
