Every person in Scripture who knelt before God rose with new power (Moses, Daniel, Jesus).

Point 2: Prayer Recharges Spiritual Strength

Isaiah 40:31 — “Those who wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength…”

Prayer is the great exchange—our weakness for God’s strength.

Mark 1:35 — Jesus prayed early and alone before ministering in power.

Private prayer produces public power.

Point 3: Prayer Positions You for Victory

Ephesians 6:18 — “Pray in the Spirit on all occasions…”

Prayer isn’t retreat—it’s preparation for battle.

2 Chronicles 20:17–18 — Before the victory,

Jehoshaphat and the people bowed in worship.

When you kneel in prayer, you align heaven’s authority with your earthly assignment.

Challenge

Before you face your next challenge, take time to kneel—physically or in spirit—and pray.
