We started this year with one word
We preached Bold Freedom. We built Bold Leadership. We found Bold Purpose. On November 1 we said thank you out loud with Bold Gratitude. Now it's time to take the step.
In Acts 4, a room full of believers prayed until the place shook. They were filled with the Holy Spirit and spoke with boldness, and the very next thing Luke tells us is that nobody in that room was in need. Bold people became generous people.
"The place in which they were gathered together was shaken, and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and continued to speak the word of God with boldness… There was not a needy person among them."ACTS 4:31, 34

A Hub Care fund so every Hub can meet a real need on its own street: a meal, a bill, a crisis, an open door.
"There was not a needy person among them." Acts 4:34
Bold Into 2027 is a gift above regular tithes and offerings. Every gift goes to one fund, and The Gate's Elders direct it across the three priorities.

The Bold meter starts updating December 6 at Gate Celebration. Every household that steps in moves it.

Write "Bold Into 2027" on the memo line and mail to The Gate, 5670 Sohl Ave., Hammond, IN 46320.
Online gifts by 11:59 PM on December 31, or checks postmarked by December 31, count toward your 2026 giving. Your giving statement arrives from Subsplash in January.

Good questions
Does this replace my tithe?
No. Bold Into 2027 is a gift above regular tithes and offerings.
What if I can't give much?
A widow gave two small coins, and Jesus said she gave more than everyone else (Mark 12:43). Heaven measures the step, not the size. Every household that steps in counts.
Is my gift tax-deductible?
Yes. The Gate Church Inc. is a church, and your gift appears on the 2026 giving statement Subsplash sends in January. Cash counts when it's in a named envelope.
Where does the money go?
One fund, three priorities: open more doors, raise the next generation, and reach our neighbors. The Elders direct the split, and we'll report what your gifts funded at Celebration on January 3.
